Please call in advance for arrival after 9:00 p.m.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m.


RESERVATION POLICY
An advance deposit with check or credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Single night stays require full rate plus tax at time of reservation. Stays of two nights or more require a 50% deposit. Deposits by check will only be confirmed once check has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds of advanced deposits, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be made if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival (30 days for holiday periods such as fall foliage, Christmas week, New Years week, Martin Luther King weekend, President's week, 4th of July weekend, & special events weekends).

If you cancel your reservation within the required 14 or 30 day period prior to arrival, your advanced deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation within 36 hours of your anticipated arrival date and time of 3:00 p.m. you are responsible and your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your stay.

Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Your deposit confirms your entire reservation. Parties that shorten their stay, do not show and same day cancellations are responsible for the entire period that they reserved.

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Listed rates are subject to change. During fall foliage, holidays and peak weekends minimum stays are requested and/or may be required. No credit or refund will be made for early departures.
